At Pickle Jar, preservation isn’t just something we do — it’s something we believe in. It’s the art of making good ingredients last longer, taste better, and tell a little story along the way. Rooted in tradition and guided by curiosity, our pantry is where old-world know-how meets modern kitchen cleverness.

Inside, you’ll find a rotating selection of house-made pickled vegetables, preserves, and signature sauces, all crafted in small batches to capture peak-season flavour and make the most of every ingredient. It’s our way of reducing waste while turning humble produce into something worth bragging about.
