Fredericton's food scene is heating up once again as we gear up for the highly anticipated YFC Burger Battle! From February 28 to March 2, over 30 local restaurants will showcase their best burger creations, and we’re excited to announce that Pickle Jar is proudly participating this year.

Introducing the Smoked BBQ Stack!

Our entry is a delicious masterpiece featuring two perfectly smashed beef patties, topped with rich smoked white cheddar, a delightful bacon-onion-whisky jam, crispy onions, BBQ mayo, crisp lettuce, and fresh tomato, all nestled between a house-made bun. Each element is crafted from scratch, as is our tradition, creating a burger that's not just big in size but also bursting with layers of flavour that truly complement one another.

The YFC Burger Battle has been a beloved event in Fredericton since 2014, attracting burger enthusiasts from near and far. The rules are simple: sample the amazing burgers, vote for your favourite, and help determine who takes home the crown!
